This policy explains how Audio Visualizer - Calm, Microsoft Store edition, offered by Rainlight Society, handles information. The Rainlight Society website has a separate website privacy policy.
Files and local processing
Calm accesses audio, images, videos and SVG logos that you choose to open, and projects you choose to load. Such files may contain personal information.
The app uses them to play music, analyze audio, display visualizations, edit projects and export videos on your PC. Calm does not automatically upload these files to Rainlight Society or an external processing service.
Projects and local app data can include media file paths, track and album titles, editing settings, saved folder locations, autosaves, thumbnails, audio analysis and intermediate export data. Review project files and exported videos before sharing them, as their contents may reveal personal information.
Microsoft Store purchases
Microsoft Store handles add-on purchases and payment processing. Calm uses Windows Store APIs to obtain product prices, check purchase entitlements and restore access to paid export features.
Microsoft may process account, transaction and technical information under its Privacy Statement. Calm does not request your Microsoft account password or payment card details. Microsoft manages Store license information and any associated system cache.
Analytics and disclosure
Calm does not include advertising, automatic usage analytics transmission, or automatic crash-report uploads to Rainlight Society. Operating-system and Microsoft Store diagnostics are governed by your Windows settings and Microsoft’s policies.
Opening an external website subjects that visit to the website’s own policy; the Rainlight Society website’s analytics are separate from Calm’s local media processing.
Storage and your controls
Calm stores settings, autosaves and processing caches locally. Projects and exported videos are saved to locations you select. Local app data remains until cleared by you or removed through applicable Windows storage or uninstall behavior.
The app’s cache-clearing control removes processing and export-resume data, but does not delete your saved projects or completed videos. You can delete files you saved using Windows. Back up any work you want to keep before deleting app data. Deleting local data does not cancel a Microsoft Store purchase.
Access to local files is governed by your Windows account and file permissions. Protect your PC and backups, especially when working with personal recordings. No storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Support
If you contact Rainlight Society, we use the email address, message and any files or diagnostic information you choose to send to answer your request and investigate problems. Do not send payment card details, passwords or unrelated personal media.
Support correspondence is retained only as needed to handle the request and related disputes or legal obligations; you may request access, correction or deletion by email. Necessary information may be handled by email or hosting providers that deliver the support service. We do not sell support information or use it for advertising.

素材とPC内の処理

Microsoft Storeでの購入
アドオンの購入・決済はMicrosoft Storeが処理します。CalmはWindowsのStore APIを使い、価格取得、購入権限の確認、購入済み機能の復元を行います。
Microsoftによるアカウント情報、取引情報、技術情報などの処理にはMicrosoftのプライバシーステートメントが適用されます。CalmがMicrosoftアカウントのパスワードやカード情報の入力を求めることはありません。Storeライセンス情報とそのシステムキャッシュはMicrosoftが管理します。
アクセス解析と外部への開示
Calmには広告、利用状況の自動分析送信、Rainlight Societyへのクラッシュ報告の自動送信を組み込んでいません。WindowsやMicrosoft Store自体の診断情報は、Windowsの設定とMicrosoftの方針に従います。
外部サイトを開いた後は、そのサイトのポリシーが適用されます。Rainlight SocietyのWebサイトのアクセス解析は、CalmのPC内での素材処理とは別です。
保存と削除
設定・自動保存・処理用キャッシュはPC内に保存します。プロジェクトと完成動画は利用者が指定した場所へ保存します。アプリのローカルデータは、利用者による削除、またはWindowsの保存領域・アンインストール処理によって削除されるまで保持されます。
アプリのキャッシュ削除機能は処理用・書き出し再開用データを削除し、保存済みのプロジェクトや完成動画は削除しません。自分で保存したファイルはWindowsから削除できます。アプリの保存データを削除する前に必要な作品をバックアップしてください。ローカルデータの削除はStore購入の取り消しにはなりません。
ローカルファイルへのアクセスはWindowsアカウントとファイル権限に従います。個人の録音・映像を扱う場合はPCとバックアップも適切に保護してください。いかなる保存方法も完全な安全性を保証するものではありません。
お問い合わせ
問い合わせのメールアドレス、本文、利用者が自発的に送ったファイルや診断情報を、返信と問題調査に使用します。カード情報、パスワード、問題と無関係な個人の素材は送らないでください。
対応、関連する紛争への対処、法令上の義務に必要な期間に限り保持し、開示・訂正・削除の依頼はメールで受け付けます。メール・ホスティング事業者がサポートの提供に必要な情報を扱う場合があります。問い合わせ情報を販売したり広告目的に利用したりしません。
